Our dental office has monthly meetings centered around making the patient experience better. The greatest metric to gauge improvement is direct responses from patients. Online reputation is changing how younger generations interact with businesses. Instead of using reputation management software that can seem spammy, our office has taken a grassroots approach - if a patient says something positive, we send them a review link after their appointment. PRO TIP: If someone has a Gmail listed, they're more likely to yield a Google review since their smartphone is usually synced with their Gmail app. Our Tip: Have a simple sign at checkout that tells patients how they can help - 'If you enjoyed your visit, the greatest compliment to us is an online review.' We added a QR code to make it even easier. In this post-COVID era, even Boomers know how to use QR codes. FREE TEMPLATE DOWNLOAD: Create a FREE Canva account and use the provided link. FREE custom QR codes can be created with QR Code Monkey. Clear Stands from Amazon help display notices.
