Total quality control, from prep to placement

Every crown is custom-designed, color-matched, and crafted by your doctor.

Multiple dental visits can be overwhelming

Traditional two-visit crowns often require temporaries that don’t hold up or feel great.

Multiple appointments mean more missed time off work or school and added stress.

Broken, decayed, or root-canaled teeth need fast, reliable protection.

A better crown. A faster process.

Cracks & Fractures

If your tooth has a large fracture or crack, a same-day crown can restore strength, structure, and protect it from further damage—all without waiting.

Severe Decay

When a cavity is too large for a filling, a crown protects the tooth from breaking down further. Same-day placement minimizes time and discomfort.

Failing or Outdated Crowns

Whether your old crown is loose, discolored, or breaking down, we can replace it in one visit with a modern, beautiful ceramic restoration.

The same-day crown process, step by step

No gooey impressions. No second visit. Just advanced technology and expert care—start to finish, in a single appointment.

Step 1: Tooth Preparation

We gently prepare your tooth, just as we would for a traditional crown, removing damage and shaping the surface to accept a custom restoration.

Step 2: Digital Scan

Instead of taking a traditional impression, we use an optical scanner to capture a 3D image of your tooth. No mess, no discomfort—just precision.

Step 3: Custom Digital Design

Your doctor designs your crown right here in the office using CAD software. We tailor the fit, shape, and bite to your unique anatomy.

Step 4: Milling & Finishing

The design is sent to our in-office milling unit, where your crown is carved from a solid block of ceramic. We stain, glaze, and fire it for a natural look that blends perfectly with your smile.

Step 5: Final Placement

We bond your crown permanently in place—all in the same visit. You leave with full function, great aesthetics, and no need to come back.

Quick appointments, lasting results.

Patients love the simplicity of getting everything done in one day—but what really impresses them is the quality. Our in-house control means your crown is precisely made, beautifully finished, and designed to last. No waiting. No temporary. Just a comfortable experience and a strong, natural-looking result.

Frequently asked questions

Same-day crowns are milled from high-strength ceramic materials that are comparable in durability to traditional lab-made crowns. Plus, because everything is done in-house—from digital scan to final design—we eliminate shipping delays and errors from offsite labs. You get a strong, customized crown with fewer variables and a more precise fit.

That’s a fair concern—but in this case, faster actually means better. With our CAD/CAM ecosystem, we’re able to control every detail in real time. The doctor personally designs your crown, adjusts the bite, and applies final staining and glazing—all under one roof. It’s not about rushing; it’s about using advanced tools to make the process more efficient and more personalized.

Treat your crown like a natural tooth! That means brushing and flossing daily, avoiding excessive pressure from clenching or grinding (we may recommend a night guard), and keeping up with regular cleanings. We’ll monitor the crown at every hygiene visit to make sure it’s functioning well and supporting your oral health for years to come.
