Dental Startup Tip | Annual Compliance Training

Annual compliance training is everyone's favorite task in a dental office. Most offices close for a half-day or full-day and have an instructor come into the office - this can be costly and unproductive. Our office 'sponsors' our team members (pays for the course) and reimburses for the time required to take these courses OUTSIDE THE OFFICE. If the team member wants to complete during work hours (while clocked in) they are not reimbursed. Most online courses have timed course length, so it's simple to reimburse team members.
